About Orange County AI Consulting
Practical Workflow Improvement, Backed by Operating Experience
Orange County AI Consulting helps lean teams improve the workflows that create operational drag. We combine business-process analysis, systems thinking, and practical implementation experience to identify changes that make work easier to manage and more consistent to execute.
AI and automation are tools we may use, not solutions we impose.
Founded by Adam Mirkovich
Adam Mirkovich is an operations, supply-chain, and technology executive with extensive experience building and improving the systems behind growing businesses.
His background includes operational leadership, sourcing, manufacturing, product development, process design, technology implementation, team development, and cross-functional execution. He has worked with companies at different stages of growth, from emerging businesses to large, complex organizations.
Orange County AI Consulting applies that operating experience to workflow improvement, automation, and the practical use of AI inside real organizations.
🧠 Built on Operating Experience
Our approach is shaped by direct responsibility for operations, supply chain, systems, teams, vendors, execution, and business performance.
That experience matters because workflow problems rarely exist in isolation. A change that looks efficient in theory may create additional work elsewhere, confuse ownership, weaken controls, or fail because it does not fit the way the team operates.
We evaluate improvements as operators: Will this work? Who will own it? What information does it require? What changes for the team? Can the business maintain it?
Adam’s career has included scaling consumer businesses, improving supply chains, coordinating internal and external teams, implementing business systems, launching products, and repairing processes that had become difficult to manage.
That background provides a practical understanding of the problems many lean teams face: information spread across systems, repetitive work, unclear handoffs, manual workarounds, limited administrative capacity, and growing complexity.
🧱 Practical Systems Designed for Real Use
We design workflows, assistants, automations, process documentation, and internal tools around the people who will actually use and maintain them.
The objective is not technical novelty. It is a system that fits the organization, supports clear ownership, and produces a measurable operational improvement.
Depending on the problem, a solution may involve improving an existing process, configuring software the company already owns, creating an automation, organizing internal knowledge, or building a purpose-specific AI assistant.
We begin with the workflow and business requirement before choosing the technology.
🤝 Improvements the Team Can Actually Use
A workflow improvement succeeds only when the people involved understand what is changing, why it matters, and what they are responsible for doing differently.
We account for usability, ownership, training, documentation, and ongoing maintenance so the solution does not become another abandoned tool or workaround.
When an improvement introduces a new capability, we provide the level of guidance needed for the team to use it responsibly and consistently. That may include working sessions, process documentation, examples, or targeted coaching.
🍊 Based in Orange County
Adam was born and raised in Orange County and graduated from Chapman University. Orange County AI Consulting is built to support local and regional businesses that value practical advice, professional execution, and long-term working relationships.
Being local is not a substitute for expertise. It means we understand the business environment and can remain directly involved from discovery through implementation.
Our experience spans growing consumer businesses, professional services, operations teams, technology systems, and other organizations managing complex work with limited internal capacity.
We bring that experience to Orange County companies without assuming that every business needs the same process, platform, or implementation pace.
🌱 Practicality. Clarity. Follow-Through.
We begin with the business as it operates today. We look for the smallest practical change that can produce a meaningful result, while keeping larger opportunities visible.
Recommendations are shaped by the organization’s people, tools, constraints, priorities, and ability to maintain the solution.
Many of the leaders we support carry responsibility across several functions and do not have a dedicated transformation or technology team. Our role is to reduce ambiguity, establish a practical starting point, and help move the improvement into use.
🗻 Our Principles
“We improve the workflow before adding technology.”
“We design improvements around the people responsible for the work.”
“We use AI and automation where they produce a practical, maintainable result.”
“We distinguish between what can be improved quickly and what requires a larger implementation.”
